The entire ICISF staff will be out of the office during the 10th World Congress, February 24 through March 1. We will not have regular access to email or be able to check our office voice mails on a routine basis.
If you have an emergency that will impact your World Congress attendance plans, or otherwise need to reach a member of the staff about a World Congress-related topic, please call the Hilton Baltimore Hotel at (443) 573-8700 and ask for the ICISF Registration Desk. If there is no answer, the hotel operator can take a message and make sure it reaches ICISF.
For routine ICISF business, please send an email to the responsible staff person (email links can be found at www.icisf.org) or call the office at (410) 750-9600 to leave a message in that staff member's voice mailbox.
Regrettably, Peter Teahen, presenter of the Friday morning Plenary entitled, CISM Helping Aid Workers Cope with Hostile Environments, is unable to attend. A new presentation will be given in it's place by Becky Stoll, LCSW and Tom McSherry, MC, entitled ICISF Humanitarian Trip to China: Earthquake May 2008. More information will be provided on-site at the World Congress.

C.E. credit for psychologists is granted on a one credit per one contact hour basis. The 10th World Congress meets the qualification for contact hours for . There is an application fee of $10. Please pick up application materials and instructions at the Continuing Education Desk upon arrival at the 10th World Congress. You must check in each morning at both the Continuing Education Desk and Registration Desk, and sign out daily at the Continuing Education Desk.
This event is co-sponsored by the American Counseling Association. As an organization approved by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC), the ACA maintains responsibility for the program. ACA adheres to NBCC Continuing Education Guidelines. For inquiries regarding CE, please call 1-800-347-6647 ext 306. Participants in the program will be granted up to 44 CE contact clock hours of credit, to be documented on a Certificate Request Form which can be picked up at the continuing education desk. Each attendee shall pay a processing fee of $20.00 to ACA, and the fee should accompany the Certificate Request Form. Certificates wil be issued withing 30 days once confirmation of attendance has been received.
